Rubén is an artist with roots in Madrid and the Canary Islands. He combines the vibrant energy of the city with the calm of the ocean.

His abstract and meditative series is created layer by layer on wood, with glossy finishes and great visual depth.

Rubén is self-taught. He has built his artistic language from intuition, constant observation and the desire to connect with others through his work. He left behind his corporate career to dedicate himself entirely to painting, something he considers a gift of life. What he values most is seeing the enthusiasm with which his works reach the hands of those who make them their own.
